Products and condition
- We sell electronics, household goods, clothing and other products. The condition of each item, including whether it is new or used and any known defects, is stated in its description.
- Colours and textures can look different on different screens and under different lighting.
- We do not offer counterfeit goods. Branded items are checked for authenticity before publication.
- Many items are one-off pieces. Adding an item to the basket does not guarantee availability.
- Availability is confirmed only when checkout is completed successfully.
Contract conclusion
By placing the order, you submit a binding order for the selected items at the displayed price and stated delivery terms.
The order is confirmed only after availability and payment have been successfully confirmed.
Prices and payment
- All prices shown in the storefront are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed through a secure online payment provider.
- Please complete payment within 10 minutes or the item may become available to other customers again.
- The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged for the selected items. If a specific delivery arrangement requires an additional agreed service outside the standard checkout flow, SIA DAMIJA will contact you before dispatch and before any further charge is made.
- We hand your parcel to the carrier within 1–3 working days after payment. Parcels may arrive separately; delivery is charged only once.
Delivery
- Orders are dispatched from Latvia. Delivery within Latvia is supported; deliveries to other destinations are handled only after confirmation by SIA DAMIJA.
- Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, unless a different timeframe is stated for the item or agreed individually.
- Make sure the delivery data entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
Withdrawal and returns

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods. For an order delivered in separate parcels, the period starts when you receive the last parcel. Submit the online withdrawal form or email a clear statement to info@big-sale.lv. Send the goods back within 14 days after withdrawal.
If you are a consumer, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. To start a withdrawal or return, contact info@big-sale.lv and send a clear statement identifying the order.
For ordinary withdrawal, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Return by post; returns in a shop require prior agreement. For an exchange, return the item and place a new order. Your rights for defective goods remain unaffected.
We refund within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the original payment method without a refund fee. We may withhold repayment until we receive the goods or evidence of their return. Standard outbound delivery is refunded; extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are excluded.

If there is a problem with an order, contact info@big-sale.lv first so SIA DAMIJA can resolve it. Consumer-rights questions in Latvia can also be directed to PTAC.
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly with SIA DAMIJA, consumers in Latvia may contact PTAC. Cross-border EU consumer disputes may also be brought to the European Consumer Centre Latvia (ECC Latvia).
